Abstract

Weight bearing computed tomography (WBCT) allows a more complete three-dimensional (3D) evaluation of complex foot and ankle deformities. Important developments have been recently reported in the literature, mainly in the assessment of adult-acquired flatfoot deformity (AAFD), hallux valgus (HV), hindfoot alignment, and distal tibiofibular joint. A summary of the most important WBCT measurements available are presented in this chapter.
