Abstract

An error-proof technology for power secondary system based on state identification and analysis of relay protection devices is proposed by using digital information exchange means in intelligent substation in view of the lack of secondary system error-proof links in the existing substation error-proof operation system. Firstly, the operation status is identified and abnormally diagnosed according to the SV and GOOSE message transmission and protection status and function configuration of the protection device. Three types of error prevention methods are proposed for the substation operation on this basis. Locking logic is generated by matching device status with error-proof rules to realize permissive error-proof for operation execution In the process of remote/local operation. When the system is abnormal caused by unexpected factors, according to the overall operation state and the active error prevention of the abnormal state is realized. The isolation measures are automatically generated according to the safety regulations in the sequential control operation ticket to realize the one-button isolation of the device operation. Finally, the function of the error-proof system is applied and verified by the embedded function module of the monitoring system. Error-proof technology of intelligent substation secondary system can effectively reduce the possibility of substation device misoperation and misconfiguration, and avoid the occurrence of system malignant accidents.
