Abstract

In the previous chapter, we introduced the role of miniaturized detection systems for the detection of next-generation PCa biomarkers. Herein, we report a miniaturized, rapid, cost-efficient and minimal-equipment assay named “FusBLU” for detecting TMPRSS2-ERG gene fusions from urine.
