Abstract
While most well established universities have developed their research structures based on decades of experience and adjustments, others focus on creating research clusters. Both ways however require considerable amount of time and resources. Merging educational organizations are often in need to build their research structures at faculty level without using extra time and resources. This work presents an approach facilitating development of a research structure in educational organizations.
