Abstract
Addie Kinsinger served AECT and all its members for more than seven decades. Her dedication to the teaching/learning profession and her love for the educators that kept that community of educators in the classroom lived in her heart. She was driven to serve. As a library-media specialist, she loved books and film and children and parents and teachers. And she fell in love with instructional television, its power for learning and its appeal for generating the very basic learning needs of all people: curiosity for the world we live in, discovery of new ideas, and the amazement that comes from the learning experience.
