Zygomatic Implants

Abstract

Dentistry has changed tremendously in the past decades. Discovery of osseointegration and its application have revolutionized dentistry like never before. A fixed dental prosthesis for rehabilitation of the edentulous jaw is no longer an impossible dream. Instead, it is now an expected and common outcome. This opens new challenges in both surgical and prosthetic disciplines. Today, there are more innovations surrounding implant dentistry including soft and hard tissue reconstruction, prosthodontics, and aesthetic considerations, as well as new methods of diagnosis and treatment planning and application of digital technology.

All sorts of things can happen when you’re open to new ideas and playing around with things.
