Abstract
Ankle arthroscopy (AA) is a surgical technique widely used for many diseases. The postsurgical rehabilitation aims to restore the three main joint aspects: strength, proprioception, and range of motion. An incomplete recovery of any of these biomechanical characteristics can cause a restriction or a real deficit during life and sports activities. Furthermore, it is particularly important that the rehabilitation plan is designed based on the requested biomechanical joint sports activity carried out by the patient.
