Abstract
Rhabdomyosarcoma is the most common soft tissue sarcoma in children. Rhabdomyosarcoma most commonly occur in the head and neck (35–40%), followed by the genitourinary tract, extremities, trunk, and retroperitoneum. It is believed to arise from a primitive muscle cell (Rhabdomyoblasts). The classification, histological features, clinical features, diagnosis and management are discussed.
