Abstract

Congenital lung malformations are relatively rare but embryologically related group of conditions. Congenital lobar emphysema (CLE) is a rare developmental anomaly characterized by hyperinflation of one or more of the pulmonary lobes. The clinical features, diagnosis and management are discussed.
