Abstract

This chapter looks into the associations between individual and population ageing and housing issues, including the discussions about the possibilities of equity release to reduce the risk of poverty in later life and as a source of funding for long-term care. Other topics include residential mobility in later life, housing poverty, and the links between housing and pension saving.
