Abstract
A 20-year-old female presented for evaluation of a rash on her right arm. It began one week prior to her visit after she went hiking at a local park. Since then, the patient reported that it was spreading outwards. She recently went to the emergency room, where they prescribed her a course of oral prednisone and antibiotics, which did not improve her symptoms.
