Abstract

A 57-year-old man presented for evaluation of itchy rashes that would come and go for many years. The patient stated that the rash would flare the most when he was working outside in the heat. He was previously prescribed an antihistamine and clotrimazole by his primary care provider, which transiently relieved his symptoms.
