Abstract
An 80-year-old male presented with a tender nodule on his right wrist. He stated that one week ago, he was gardening when he was struck by a thorn in that location. Since that time, the nodule grew slowly every day. He denied any discharge or pruritis in the lesion. The patient did not experience any constitutional symptoms like fever or malaise. No other similar lesions were reported elsewhere on the body.
