Abstract
An 88-year-old female with a history of left breast cancer presented with a rash on the back and abdomen for several months. She was initially diagnosed with breast cancer 22 years ago and was treated with a mastectomy and endocrine adjuvant therapy. The rash was not painful, or pruritic, however, it did not seem to get better since its onset several months ago.
