Abstract
Primary adenocarcinomas of the bladder and urachus are extremely rare, accounting for 0.5–2.0% of all bladder malignancies (Williams and Chavda in Rev Urol 17(1):46–49, 2015). This chapter covers clinical presentation and management of bladder adenocarcinoma including survival outcomes, urachal adenocarcinoma and chemotherapy in metastatic disease.
