Abstract

In this chapter we introduce Knowledge Discovery from Text (KDT ) and its significance for Computer Aided Writing. Starting from simple functions such as automated keyword determination, we then look at advanced methods such as finding content-related texts, calculating word associations, and recognizing named entities.
