Abstract

CCD detector is the nucleus device of the space remote sensing camera. The performance of CCD detector seriously affects the performance of the space camera. CCD detector’s temperature has a significant influence on its performance. In order to study this influence, the temperature impact verification of CCD detector was carried out. The test scheme of dark signal under high-low temperature environment and the test scheme of radiation calibration under different temperature conditions are developed. The test verification has been completed. Based on the analysis of the experimental data, the quantization relations of the influence of temperature on the parameters such as dark signal, dark noise, signal-to-noise ratio, and dynamic range have been researched. These results have important reference values for the development of space camera.
