Abstract
The article is aimed at analyzing goals and objectives of staff motivation in the context of globalization of information processes, as well as some ways of providing material and non-material motivation of the staff taking into account actual trends formed in the modern world. The authors identified basic technological systems used in modern organizations to improve competitiveness and new ways of material and non-material motivation of personnel. Within the framework of this topic, the analysis of opinions was carried out and the correlation of different motivational approaches in the conditions of digitalization was revealed. In addition, a significant result of this research is the systematization of approaches to staff motivation in the context of the economy digitalization, taking into account the existing fundamental theories of motivation.
