Assessment of Quality of Services of Public Transport in Digital Economy

Abstract

A research purpose - development of conceptual provisions and development of practical recommendations about assessment and improvement of quality of services of city public transport in digital economies. Implementation of an effective objective of a research demanded the solution of the following tasks: determinations of tendencies of forming of urban transport environment; identifications of problems and perspectives of development of services of city public transport; analysis of a state and development of system of public transport; formations of system of indicators of sustainable development of public transport; developments of methodical approaches to determination of service quality of city public transport; quality evaluations of services of transportation and service on city bus transport; developments of actions of the strategic plan of improvement of quality of services of public transport. Object of a research are such subjects of system of public transport as transport operators, consumers of services (passengers), bodies of the public and municipal administration. Research questions are organizational and economic relations developing in the course of rendering services of city public transport.
