Abstract
This paper introduces the bus distribution control system based on face recognition. It adopts face recognition technology to realize early payment when waiting in the bus station. The terminal judges the current waiting number by the feedback of face recognition to control the departure frequency of the bus. At the same time, it avoids the difficult situation of taking a taxi with the regular departure system. The face recognition payment technology before getting on the bus allows passengers to enter the car directly without using the bus card to pay. It could speed up the speed of getting on and off, and alleviate the crowded traffic during the peak period. The system includes face recognition payment by using the station’s touchscreen or mobile phone APP; ultrasonic ranging prevents the passengers from waiting too close to the exit of the station to generate security hazards; infrared detection detects the number of people getting off; the terminal system processes the station data, etc. The application of these modules could solve the problems of slow departure, slow boarding, and unreasonable charges. The convenient and efficient operation mode will attract a large number of travellers. Compared with traditional buses, it has the advantages of price and high efficiency. It could replace the tradition bus after development and improvement.
