Abstract
The health data offers a background of making wise decision in public health through the provision of effective evidence based data. The EHRs (electronic health records) facilitate in improved healthcare data and augment the quality of healthcare services. Thus the modern era of mobile healthcare service has accommodated vast adjustment of ubiquitous mobile and computing telecommunication thus ushering vast chances for the local authorities and firms in rethinking about their ideas in healthcare. Consequently, international urbanization activities signify a daunting challenge and thus have drawn courtesy in cities which are prospected in accumulating great number of people and offer its citizens with effective services. The two transitions have resulted in entrance of mobile health and SMART cities. Consequently in this chapter, we present the smart health idea that is the context awareness complementing the mobile health in cities. Moreover, an overview of the major sectors of skills and knowledge that entails the process of building this new idea will be explained.
