Abstract

The paper is devoted to the problem of identifying malfunctions of semiconductor converter elements on the example of DC-DC converters with quasi-impedance link The definition of emergency modes (such as breakages, breakdowns and short circuits of passive elements of the converter) and pre-emergency modes (such as malfunctions caused by the gradual exit of the parameters of the elements beyond the permissible limits) is considered. It is proposed to perform the identification of the first type of malfunction according to the criteria of the mean square error and Euclidean distance for different states - the serviceable, which corresponds to the nominal values of the parameters of the elements, and a number of emergency ones. The identification of the second type of malfunctions is proposed to be performed at the average of the rectified voltage in the steady state and the time of the transient process. The questions of determination of the area of trouble-free operation are considered at the simultaneous change of several parameters of the scheme.
