Abstract
Stemming from Moreno’s Talking About Images research, this chapter describes a workshop where MonCoin students created a visual map of connections between their photographs. While building the map, they visualized their own interpretations, their peer’s interpretations, and the connections that emerged in between the photographs. Visual mapping is approached here as a strategy to engage students in complex reflections and conversations about their photographs emphasizing spatiality and the relationship between multiple images and multiple interpretations.
