Abstract

Premier Li Keqiang first put forward the “Internet+” action plan in the government work report of the third session of the 12th National People’s Congress, and later the state council issued The Guidance on Actively Promoting the “Internet+” Action. At this point, “Internet+” has risen to the height of national development strategy. In the era of “Internet+”, people’s way of reading has undergone great changes. This requires that the library must innovate the information service unceasingly and optimize the information service construction, so that to display its key effect in the public service system construction. On the basis of discussing the influence of “Internet+” on library information service, this paper discussed the innovative construction ideas of library information service from three aspects: service concept, collection structure and service mode, so that to better improve the quality of library information service and to optimize the service experience of readers.
