Abstract

Based on the competency theory, the competency table of rural e-commerce entrepreneurship is designed on the basis of literature research and interviews. Fifty pre-test questionnaires were distributed to rural e-commerce entrepreneurs, and the scale was revised through reliability, validity and exploratory factor analysis. Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, the competency model of rural e-commerce entrepreneurship is constructed, which includes five dimensions: personal conduct, knowledge capital, thinking ability, psychological characteristics and executive ability. In order to provide reference and guidance for the training of rural e-commerce entrepreneurs and self-improvement of rural e-commerce entrepreneurs.
