Abstract

Confucianism plays a central role in the traditional Chinese ideology and culture. Confucianism plays a vital role in the construction and development of enterprises, and lays the ideological foundation and guiding direction for the management of enterprises. In the current era of rapid economic development, most enterprises are rapidly emerging and rapidly dying. A few companies can develop from maturity to maturity, and they cannot do without the insistence on integrity. The concept of good faith is the foundation of a company’s survival and development, and it is the key to creating a brilliant enterprise.
