Abstract
This chapter discusses radiographic changes in the foot and ankle. It consists of both cases and practice questions, each accompanied by a radiographic image. The images represent various bone, joint, and soft tissue abnormalities of the foot and ankle including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gout, septic arthritis, necrotizing fasciitis, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, and osteomyelitis. This chapter summarizes how to evaluate foot or ankle pain through radiographic analysis.
