Abstract
The readers are introduced to the purpose of the book and the concept of behaviors that might surprise them in molding their success. A review of the generational pressures demonstrates that Millennials currently face similarly strong competition as for baby boomers. This necessitates efficient strategies to be productive. Further, this chapter introduces the reader to Guido Filler’s background and the opportunities and behaviors he has used to get to the place he is in today.
