Abstract

Decision-makers within the Faculty of Science and Technique of Errachidia are now convinced that the use of computerized knowledge is a stimulator of productivity and excellence in terms of scientific production. In the same vein, it is important to note that international competitiveness in scientific research has also encouraged Moroccan higher education institutions to invest in scientific and technical information systems. It is therefore a flexible platform that integrates computer applications whose purpose is the processing, analysis, storage, extraction, dissemination, sharing and the capitalization of a voluminous mass of data resulting from scientific research work. Thus and in order to continue to be perceived as space abolishing all the existing boundaries in front of the scientific community, the bearers of such a project must emphasize the complementarity between technological determinism and organizational determinism. The leaders of this establishment are convinced that these digital infrastructures will ensure the transfer of expertise, knowledge and know-how. In addition, these automatisms will also offer opportunities for scientific exchanges and alliances, and will therefore promote the rapprochement of academic communities. Finally, these tool will enable the Faculty to publicize its own policy of promoting scientific research whose main objective is to provide credible and objective solutions to the various problems encountered in the socio-economic sector at local, regional and national levels.
