Abstract

With the development of information technology and business, the demand of advertising design grows rapidly and the life cycle of ad banners get shorter and shorter which requires more efficient and brief design flow. In order to optimize the flow of web banners design, the existing design flow of the studio was analyzed with the six sigma DMAIC method. The result of this study shows that the main problem of this studio’s design flow is too much information can’t be settled in time.
