Abstract

The purpose of this article is to better understand the psychological and sociological ingredients of feeling connected, and how to make connectivity happen in times of volatile businesses, moving targets, and transforming organizational shapes. It interlinks the three pillars with well-regarded concepts such as self-efficacy-expectation and Flow experience, a milieu approach, and the resonance concept. Finally, it offers an agile leadership check and gives hints for effective management techniques.
