Abstract

The article highlights the complexity of innovative processes and their demands on individual abilities using the example of market access for innovative pharmaceuticals, which she explains in detail. At a time when innovative companies must find flexible solutions to ever-changing market dynamics, the ability of connectivity constitutes a key success factor. Companies’ strategic orientation and the operational goals of individual employees require continuous review and (re-)alignment. In the era of connectivity, strategies, organizational structures, and connected tasks of single employees must enable agility in order to create successful innovative processes.
