Abstract
There is accumulating evidence (e.g. Laloux, F., Reinventing Organisations, 2014) of the massive increase in effectiveness of individual contributions within the organisation when the energy of individuals is properly released. This chapter builds on this data to show how the opportunity for individuals to be able to function within the parameters of their own brain system further potentiates this process.
