Abstract
The construction of the source of capture gamma rays from radionuclide neutron source is described. We used 238Pu–Be fast neutron source to produce the reference field capture gamma radiation from the target of titanium and nickel. Using a spectrometric detector with a NaI(T1) Ø63 mm × 160 mm, were acquired results for Ti, Ni, and Fe targets, and without for bare 238Pu–Be neutron source.
