An Indurated Slow-Growing Plaque with Elevated Borders on the Nose

Abstract

A middle-aged lady presented with a slowly growing painless indurated plaque on her nose. Biopsy revealed cords and nests of bland keratinocytes, keratin cysts and ductal differentiation with dense collagenous stroma. Immunophenotyping confirmed the clinical and histological diagnosis.
