Abstract

An adolescent girl and her cousin presented with features of dwarfism, café au lait macules, idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis-like lesions, decreased mentality, and microcephaly. Chromosomal karyotyping confirmed the diagnosis of is a rare autosomal recessive disorder.
