Abstract
The chapter summarizes the findings and assesses how well the book addresses the problem that engendered the study. In doing so, research contributions as well as implications of the present study for management practice are discussed. Additionally, major suggestions that become apparent from the results of the present research are proposed. The chapter draws to a close with the underlining of the limitations of the study and the recommendations for future research.
