Abstract

The management of panurethral strictures is challenging. Previous literature suggests a two-stage urethroplasty. Panurethral strictures are mostly caused by lichen sclerosus and a two-staged urethroplasty cannot be performed due to recurrence. In this chapter we describe the procedure and main features of a single stage, dorsal onlay, one sided dissection, buccal graft urethroplasty for panurethral strictures.
