Abstract
Patients with late-onset X-linked Agammaglobulinemia may have normal laboratory findings at birth, with normal B-cell count and immunoglobulin levels, and antibody response to vaccines
These patients demonstrate hemizygotes BTK mutations and presented a history of recurrent respiratory tract infections, often amenable to antibiotic therapy and manage to survive into adulthood
