Abstract

The importance of taking the Pauli Principle into account in nucleon-nucleus scattering is demonstrated in this chapter. Comparison is made between the MCAS and ECIS descriptions of low-energy scattering, with emphasis placed on the implications of the inclusion or neglect of the Pauli Principle.
