Abstract
The article discusses the relevance of the introduction of digital technologies in the management of human resources at the enterprises of the fuel and energy complex (FEC) in the regions of the Far North of the Russian Federation. The theoretical basis of the use of digital technologies was studied. It was found that in the implementation of the process of interaction with the staff, it is necessary to use digital technologies to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. Advantages and disadvantages of such types of technologies as e-training of personnel, electronic payroll, telemedicine technologies are defined. It is established that there is a positive trend in the use of modern digital technologies in the fuel and energy sector. However, the level of digitalization of enterprise data is not enough, which indicates the relevance of this study. In accordance with the purpose of the study, the object of the study was the regions of the Far North of the Russian Federation, for which telemedicine technologies were identified as technologies of paramount importance in the management of human resources at the fuel and energy enterprise. This is primarily due to the fact that the use of telemedicine will increase the level of socio-economic development of these territories.
