Advantages and disadvantages of such types of technologies as e-training of personnel, electronic payroll, telemedicine technologies are defined. It is established that there is a positive trend in the use of modern digital technologies in the fuel and energy sector. However, the level of digitalization of enterprise data is not enough, which indicates the relevance of this study. In accordance with the purpose of the study, the object of the study was the regions of the Far North of the Russian Federation, for which telemedicine technologies were identified as technologies of paramount importance in the management of human resources at the fuel and energy enterprise.
