Abstract
Skeletal Class I malocclusion exhibits a plethora of deformities in all three dimensions; however, sagittal discrepancies predominate in non-syndromic cases. The treatment technique described in this chapter aimed at maintaining the Class I occlusion or interarch relationships whilst restoring skeletal aberrations and also optimizing the facial aesthetics that aid in the management of Class I skeletal problems.
