Abstract

This chapter is dealing with reasonable and friendly coexistence of landscape safety and tourism considering cultural, natural and industrial heritage preservation. Tourism, if carried out landscape-friendly, offers more positives and opportunities for dynamic growth of rural areas. The Czech Republic follows the ICOMOS documents legislation as well as Czech legislation and directives in force covering an extensive spectrum of monument care and preservation related to protection cultural, natural and industrial wealth; the Czech Republic legislation does not forget protection of animals and there are several acts covering this issue as well. Our nature taught that one should never doubt about its victory.
