Abstract
Macau has been involved in the UNESCO Memory of the World Programme (MoW) for over a decade now. Its various NGOs, government departments, archives, universities, schools, and even the general public are actively engaging in activities sponsored, supported or encouraged by the Programme. The year 2016 was particularly significant, as the MoW Knowledge Centre—Macau—was established, the first of its kind in the world. This chapter introduces the Macau experience with applying MoW in education, especially the setting up of MoW Studies. It introduces its curricula, student activities, and the Macau Memory projects, as well as explores the possible further development of the MoW Studies in Macau based on these experiences.
