Numerous websites and mobile applications have been created for health and fitness, which can support users to easily manage diet plans, count calorie intake, keep activity journals and communicate with others. The behaviour change programs increasingly utilise websites, mobile applications and wearable devices to maximise the program benefits and motivate participants to achieve their goals.
