The datasets used in this thesis are from a supermarket health program, named HealthierU, conducted by an Australian national supermarket chain. The program aims to encourage the participants to improve their lifestyle and maintain healthier dietary habits. The duration of the program was 24 weeks, from May to November in 2014, with two cycles of a 12-week diet program. During the program, the participants had access to a supporting website to manage their diet and plan exercises. They also received 10% discount when purchasing fresh fruits and vegetables in the supermarket.
