Abstract

The paper presents the idea, way of building and implementation results of a model of stability measurements and control of a production process. The presented methodology makes it possible to detect disturbances in the process and facilitates detection of root causes of these disturbances. In the model, Shewhart control charts were used for stability analysis and control. The concept of stability of production systems and way of building the model subdivided to stages are presented. Finally, the model was practically verified in a production company.
