Abstract
Sinus of valsalva aneurysm is a rare anomaly and defined as enlargement of aortic sinuses; deficiency in the wall of affected sinus results to separation of the media and leading to aneurysmal dilatation. This case reviews annulo-aortic ectasia and sinus of valsalva aneurysm in a 62 year old man who presented with exertional shortness of breath.
