Abstract
Food intolerances are a debatable diagnosis within the medical community. Although the use of food elimination as a treatment method has not been widely welcomed in the past, barriers are beginning to break down as nutrition and immunity may be offered as new healing strategies. There is increasing information that upholds the thought let food be thy medicine. This chapter focuses on intuitive thinking, how to utilize IgE testing, food elimination, evidence-based medicine, and unveiling the intricate abilities of how our gut health may be the foundation of a difficult diagnosis. It would provide the definition of food intolerances and address how our immunity is directly influenced by dietary imbalances. This synopsis reflects the thoughts and actions of proactive healthcare.
