Abstract

The main purpose of the article is to develop a mechanism for investment in the development of technical services in agriculture. Analysis revealed insufficient provision with agricultural products of agricultural machinery. Insufficient quantity and quality domestic agricultural machinery encourages farmers to give preference to imported counterparts, and their high cost is a significant obstacle to the modernization and upgrading of technical support for agricultural production. Within research has found that agricultural producers are forced to resort to secondary markets and markets to restore cars for the most part. But in the country there is a significant increase in prices for parts and repairs, a special need for which observed in a used and restored technology. A mechanism for investing technical services in agriculture has been proposed a farm that defines its subjects, sources of investment in their activities. Conceptual directions of the decision are revealed existing problems, one of which is the lack of own funds for investment. Technical support offered more widely using financial leasing.
